Dataset

Lay Summary

This cherry tree disease detection dataset is a multimodal, multi-angle dataset which was constructed for monitoring the growth of cherry trees, including stress analysis and prediction. The dataset incorporates three major data source levels. First, it provides images of cherry trees in five different lifecycle stages (five different data collection dates within the cultivation period in a year). Next, the dataset includes RGB and multispectral images of the same trees. These images are supplementary annotated with different stages of a common disease known as Armillaria [1][2]. The annotation of the images was done both on the RGB and multispectral data by two agronomist experts. Finally, the dataset contains aerial photos of the same cherry tree cultivation and the same collection dates, captured by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), providing such a holistic view of the crop.
