    Lay Summary

Campylobacter jejuni is the most important bacterial pathogen causing gastro-intestinal infections in humans. Genome sequencing of this particular isolate revealed traits associated with virulence and antibiotic resistance, and is important for the development of intervention methods for fighting such infections. This entry provides access to metadata on the Whole Genome Sequence (WGS) and Sequence Reads Archive (SRA) of strain X.
