    Lay Summary

The project is explaining the development of a method for HPLC-UV analysis. This method if followed properly is capable to detect a broad range of substances (from very hydrophobic to mid hydrophilic substances. The method was developed to analyse pollutants in environmental water via a 'pre-sample preparation', which is not recorded in the project, but could be the continuation. E.g. in case of analysing river waters, a specific sample preparation for analysing it in the HPLC will need to be completed. The method was developed from the data collected in this instrument (HPLC) and then process by me. In these supporting information files, you can find raw data and processed data from the 'method development' and from its validation. The first file 'Sup.Info_1', explains the conditions of the analytical method itself and the last file describes through charts the quality parameters of every signal resulting from this method 'Sup.Info_8'.
