Lay Summary
This study investigated the experience of pharmacies patients participating in the Community Pharmacy Health and Wellbeing service run by South East London Integrated Care System between January and April 2023. The service aims to adopt key health measurements to help patients stay healthier for longer and manage any risk factors earlier, looking at 5 key areas; smoking, alcohol, BMI, mental wellbeing and blood pressure. The initial service will act as a pilot with a small cohort of community pharmacists in deprived areas focusing on all vital 5 elements.
