Research interests
I am developing intelligent, self-regulating, glucose sensitive nanoparticles for insulin delivery to achieve better diabetes management than existing protocols.
I am also keen to explore applicatons of these glucose sensitive nanoparticles as carriers for therapeutic agents other insulin such as GLP-1 analogues etc.
Moreover, I am intrested to see potential applications of this novel technology within other markets. For example., veterinary diabetes management, wound care especially diabetic foot ulers, fermentation, bioreactors and cell culture sector and food packaging.
