My research interests are in psycho-oncology, predictive modelling, and economic evaluation of psycho-oncology support systems. My doctoral research focuses on developing a prediction model for depression and anxiety following a non-small cell lung cancer diagnosis, using health data from the TriNetX database. My objective is to support earlier identification of cancer patients who may require targeted psychological and supportive care.

My broader research interests include health services research, evidence synthesis, public health, and the use of data-driven approaches to improve patient outcomes and inform efficient health decision-making. I also have experience in oncology research, research ethics administration, and research capacity development.

Alongside my research, I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA). I contribute to teaching and learning support in higher education, with interests in quantitative research methods, statistics, evidence-based practice, and inclusive learning.
