Description
This programme is designed to help small, emergent, or local businesses successfully adopt new products or services by facilitating the obtention of actionable insights into their potential customers, the development of prototype-ideas from them, and the provision of tools to test and adjust these ideas towards continuous improvement.
It is made of 2 workshops with a user-centred approach, intercalated with follow-up customer-interaction tasks and 1-to-1 meetings. The final result is an actioned prototype of a new product/service developed or improved, and initially tested into the market.
