Description
Development of protocols and practical understanding to run solid state NMR, followed by analysis of simple and more challenging samples to illustrate the application of solid state NMR as a tool for consumer product development. The aim is to prove ssNMR as a n adaptable, non destructive technique for characterising and quantifying nuclei in different states within the oral cavity, specifically adulterated and unadulterated enamel surfaces.
