Abstract

Rebekah Nahai and Sophie Osterberg led a Student Quality Circle at Kingston Business School, Kingston University, in a final year undergraduate class on International Human Resource Management, where Professor Richard Ennals was one of the teaching team. The SQC focused on issues of learning and teaching, and relations between students and academics. The work was reported at a conference in India, and to students, academics and university governors at Kingston University. This chapter locates the work of the SQC in a tradition of Quality initiatives, as well as a wider current context, and makes recommendations for future development.
