Abstract
In this paper, we propose and compare two spectrum
decision schemes namely; Adaptive Spectrum
Decision (ASD) and Maximum Remaining Lifetime
(MRL). The simulation results and performance
analysis such as channel utilization, data delivery,
and handoff rates are evaluated and compared.
