    Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

    Abstract

A pilot study to investigate the use of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale to screen patients for depression post-stroke. Results obtained from 50 patients over a period of 4 months indicated that this was an effective method for early indentification of anxiety and depression in this patient group but is not suitable for use in patients with aphasia.
