As alergias alimentares já não se limitam aos suspeitos habituais. Os amendoins e os mariscos podem continuar a dominar as manchetes, mas um número crescente de pessoas está reagindo a alimentos que ainda não são reconhecidos nas leis sobre alérgenos.
