Abstract
This project aims to evaluate the awareness and engagement of newly qualified (NQ) pharmacists in available educational support. 67% of the NQ surveyed were aware of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) mentoring scheme and 73% would like a mentor. 56% of the NQ surveyed were aware of the RPS Foundation Programme. The RPS Foundation Programme and RPS mentoring scheme should be promoted to support pharmacists in their initial stage of registration
