    Abstract

    The paper presents the case study of Frog Bikes - a typical born global in the UK and its value chain management in the internationalisation process. Drawing on the three interviews with the owner-manager of the born global and its two international partners, the paper analyses the motivation and challenges of born globals in the process of global value chain integration, strategies that undertaken by the born global to overcome barriers and to be sustainable in the market and lesson learned.
