    Bibliographical note

Impact: Publication as a whole has been acknowledged in reviews as the very first to analyse the impact of Futurism on 38 separate countries as well as its contribution to avant garde production such as politics, communication, technology, dance, theatre and film making.
My chapter has drawn attention for exposing the anger and contempt Futurism generated in the UK, among critics and oponion formers and exploring why the movement attarcted so few artistic followers within the UK. Also the chapter was interpreated as having revealed how Futurism left lingering traces in British printmaking and graphic art between the wars
