Abstract

This improvised performance is a response to 6 difficerent cocktails developed by Swedish Chefs. With three cocktails based on Rhubarb and 3 on Amaretto, performers respond to the varying flavours (sour, sweet, salty, bitter) in musical movements. Performers inlcude: Magnar Am (piano), Unni Lovlid (voice), Victoria Johnson (violin), Helen Julia Minors (trumpet), Oded Ben Horin (percussion and voice) coordinated by Erik Fooladi and Anu Hopia
