Abstract
This study empirically examines people-, process-, and environmental-related uncertainties in logistics and supply chain, showing their interdependencies and impacts on logistics performance. The BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible)-informed Generic SC Uncertainty Framework offers insights for managing complex, fragile, and dynamic logistics and supply chain operations.
