Abstract

In this presentation Louise Joly and Michelle Cornes explored how different agencies and professionals work together to support people with experience of multiple exclusion homelessness. The presentation focused on the potential for greater use of the Common Assessment Framework and the question of who is best placed to act as support coordinator?
