Abstract
Comment to a decision of the Judge for Preliminary Investigation of the Criminal Court of Venice (February 14th, 2007) on the power of the "support administrator" ("amministratore di sostegno") of a person incapable of attending to their own interests to press charges for a criminal offense committed against the administrated person.
