Abstract

In this Seminar chaired by a group of artists from different disciplines the ideas of performance art and its place in their own practice will be presented and discussed. The intention at the grounds of holding this un-seminar is that it defies the limitations of academic hierarchies and assumed connotations of the unspeakable language of critical theory. Its orientation during the course of the day is observed by the camera with an uncontrollable eye of witnesship towards the actions of speaking and experiencing a sense of freedom in this situation. Together, at the table and beyond, we are engaged to be probing our ideas against the means of communication and its limitations of speech.
