After providing the rational for research based education, this presentation will illustrate the use in practice by presenting the results of a research-evaluation of the Kingston University London (KUL) SADRAS project. SADRAS projects are extra-curricular activities, which enables students and staff to work in partnership in the design and implementation of research. The SADRAS projects aim to enhance the academic experience of students and create opportunities to make a positive change to the learning experience at KUL.
