Abstract
A consideration of the interplay between Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the protection from discrimination because of religion or belief under the Equality Act 2010 in the light of the four joined cases in the Eweida v UK litigation, decided by the European Court of Human Rights in 2013.
