Impact: The artwork has the following impact:
    1. Advances public cultural policy agendas by widening access to contemporary art. This is a consequence of the chosen art form having been developed for display within the expanded space of the internet.
    2. Benefits society by establishing among motorists greater awareness of the land through which the road passes and thereby of the livelihoods sustained by this land.
    3. Changes cultural attitudes to heritage by inviting reconsideration of the built forms that count as heritage.
    4. Changes cultures of seeing and interpreting the English countryside. It does this by providing historical and economic insights that call into question prevailing perceptions of the countryside (for example, as peaceful, a place of leisure, uncontested).
