Abstract
Research has demonstrated a strong link between staff wellbeing and patient experience and patient safety. Concerns over the wellbeing of healthcare professionals and the prospect of substantial shortages in the health and care workforces by 2030 pose profound challenges to healthcare systems, globally. During this seminar, a range of wellbeing interventions for healthcare students and professionals will be discussed.
